Each location in Streetview has a panorama - a set of multiple image tiles that, when stitched together, create a 360 degree panoramic picture of that location. Each panorama has a unique ID called a PanoID. Given a PanoID, you can download the tiles necessary to construct that panorama.
I found the following script on the Streetview API server and made small modifications to it to display the panoID for each location it passes.
